    Jacob Smith, 23, of 191 Midway Oval was charged Monday with interfering with police.

    Lisa Mosher, 53, of Mendon, Mass., was charged Friday with breach of peace and assault on a public safety officer.

    Jacob Ouellette, 23, of 36 River Ave., Apt. 2 was charged Wednesday with having a headlight out and driving with a suspended license.

    Christopher Shaw, 19, of Lumberton, Miss., was charged Friday with failure to drive right and evading responsibility.

    Kayra Garcia, 28, of 52 Laurel Hill Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Monday with breach of peace, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    Gary Ballinger, 40, of 6 South A St. was charged Monday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and one count of violation of probation.

    Erica M. Martira, 41, of 5 Colonial Village Road, Ashaway, R.I., was charged Saturday in Preston with evading responsibility, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway.
