Timothy A. Bryant, 51, of 353 Great Neck Road, Waterford, was charged Friday with first-degree criminal trespass and breach of peace.

Stephon L. Payne, 20, of 355 Long Hill Road, No. 23, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening, interfering with police and first-degree criminal mischief.

Christopher Hatchett, 24, of 45 South Road was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct, second-degree strangulation and third-degree assault.

Louis Estrada, 31, of 13 Wightman St. was charged with driving with a suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Morgan Lewis, 27, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Thursday with first-degree criminal trespass and breach of peace.

Richard Tracy, 32, of 323 Spaulding St. was charged Friday with criminal mischief and assault on a public safety officer.

John Mylly, 25, of 21 Prentice Lane was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey an officer's signal.

Amanda Newlan, 21, of 17 Old Black Point Road, Niantic, was charged Friday with failure to drive right and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

David Drew, 27, of 152 Norwich Road, Plainfield, was charged Thursday with two counts of first-degree failure to appear, failure to respond and second-degree failure to appear.
