    East Lyme

    Melissa Scott, 54, of 11 King Arthur Drive was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Yiralys Rodriguez, 35, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Thursday with second-degree threatening, second-degree harassment, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended license.

    Robert Pendergast, 60, of 10 Georgiana St., Apt. 2, was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Jose Gomez, 24, of no certain address was charged Wednesday with second-degree criminal mischief and carrying a dangerous weapon.

    Nancy Rosado, 51, of 40 Hobart Ave., Norwich, was charged Wednesday with possession of hallucinogens, possession of hallucinogens with intent to sell and third-degree criminal trespass.

    Raquel Ayala, 52, of no certain address was charged Wednesday with possession of a hallucinogen and third-degree criminal trespass.

    Cody Belanger, 25, of 508 Ocean Ave., was charged Wednesday with first-degree trespassing, interfering with an officer, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Tiron Houser, 41, of 309 Crystal Ave., Apt. 16F, was charged Tuesday with risk of injury to a minor.

    Bernard Braithwaite, 39, of 45 Clark Lane, Waterford, was charged Tuesday with failure to carry minimum insurance.

    Akasha Northup, 19, of 508 Ocean Ave., third floor, was charged Tuesday with first-degree criminal trespass and interfering with an officer.

    Carlos Pagan-Rodriguez, 21, of 35 Chestnut St., No. 416, Norwich, was charged Monday in Windham with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Brian Coleman, 52, of 9 East Brook Road, Waterford, was charged September 5 in Salem with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree harassment, criminal violation of a protective order, third-degree assault, second-degree threatening, second-degree strangulation and first-degree unlawful restraint.

    Robert Korak, 64, of East Hartford, was charged August 31 in Salem with criminal violation of a protective order.

    Kathryn Rogers, 27, of 9 Wilford court, Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

    Cody C. Santos, 21, of 127 Liberty St., second floor, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and traveling unreasonably fast.

    Enrique Gonzalez, 31, of 7 Cranwood Way, Ledyard, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Waterford

    Derek Skinner, 21, of East Haddam was charged Tuesday with reckless driving and disobeying the signal of an officer.
