    Waterford police: Man stole credit card, bought Hennessy, Patron

    Waterford — Police are asking residents to help them identify a man who allegedly stole a credit card and used it at several liquor stores.

    According to police, the man took the card from the victim's place of work in New London and used it at six locations, five of which were liquor stores. The man allegedly purchased items including Hennessy, Patron and Red Bull with the card.

    The majority of the affected establishments are in Groton, police said.

    Police said the victim whose credit card was stolen lives in Waterford.
