Matthew C. Milam, 32, of 72 Riverview Ave. was charged Friday with interfering with an emergency call, disorderly conduct, driving a motor vehicle in violation of license classification and driving a motor vehicle without owner's permission.

Ronald R. Fillmore, 46, of 128 Poquonnock Road, No. 3, was charged Friday with first-degree criminal trespass and breach of peace.

Jesus Busanet, 29, of 12 Ripley Place, No. 1, was charged Thursday with having no facial protection and driving with a suspended license.

Josue Julio Patron, 27, of 286 Central Ave., Norwich, was charged Sept. 16 with fourth-degree larceny.

Linda Cote, 50, of Avon was charged Wednesday with second-degree criminal mischief.
