Arimael Lebron, 26, of 25 Tilley St. was charged Friday with disorderly conduct.

Penny Silcio, 22, of 615 New London Turnpike, Norwich, was charged Friday with reckless driving.

Metese Hinds, 45, of 123 W. Coit St. was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Amber L. Brennan, 27, of Lynnfield, Mass., was charged Saturday in Griswold with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and risk of injury to a minor.

Ryan M. Dicocco, 24, of 32 Chris Drive, Uncasville, was charged Saturday in Montville with risk of injury to a minor and disorderly conduct.

Norwich

John Castrillon, 39, of 352 Norwich Ave. was charged Saturday with criminal mischief and breach of peace.

Amanda Anaya, 19, of 352 Norwich Ave. was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
