    Groton City

    A 16-year-old juvenile was charged Saturday with risk of injury to a child, threating, second-degree breach of peace, interfering with a police officer, third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree assault.

    Reginald Macer, 18, of 149 Nathan Hale Road was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

    Ledyard

    Christopher Chumney, 25, of 125 Michigan Dr.ive, Groton, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to stay in the proper lane.

    Russell Frazier, 26, of 7 Harland Road, Norwich, was charged Saturday with child endangerment while driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Jonathan Jopson, 20, of 20 Wilford Court, Apt. 1, Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with reckless driving, engaging an officer in pursuit, misuse of plates, driving without insurance and driving without a motorcycle endorsement.

    Ryan Laplante, 21, of South Attleboro, Mass., was charged Saturday with possession of a controlled substance and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

    New London

    William Nathan Ryan-Johnson, 32, of 23 Kenyon Road, Waterford, was charged Saturday with second-degree criminal mischief and two counts of second-degree breach of peace.

    Charles Drayton, 28, of 38 Mercer St. was charged Saturday with criminal mischief and breach of peace.

    Eric J. Malloy II, 34, of 15 Strasberg Road, Waterford, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility and driving with a suspended license.

    Rick Ruiz, 32, of 289 Colman St., Apt. 1, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, misuse of plates, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving without insurance.

    Bernard Anderson, 56, of 12 Michael Road was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Stonington

    Jeremy D. Adamson, 47, of 36 Russell Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with reckless driving.

    Maureen G. Balsbaugh, 47, of 710 Noank Road, Mystic, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Christopher J. Wilson, 32, of 6 Pearl St., Apt. 3, Groton, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Roberto Rauda, 35, of 3 Central Ave., Groton, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license, failure to obey a traffic control signal, improper use of markers and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

    Jessica L. Patterson, 27, of 236 Haley Road, Ledyard, was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

    Roberto L. Toldeo, 26, of 2 Knight St., Apt. C., Westerly, was charged Saturday driving with a suspended license.
