Overturned car snarls traffic on I-95 in Waterford

Waterford — Interstate 95 was congested in both directions after a car flipped over and landed in the median between exits 81 and 82, according to the state Department of Transportation.

The crash occurred at about 1 p.m. and closed the left lane of I-95 north for about an hour.
