    Jessaine Edwards, 28, of 1000 Bank St. was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Franklin Bryson, 45, of 272 Willetts Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Juan Carlo Pachas-Fernandez of 17 Rogers St. was charged Thursday with misuse of plates, driving without insurance, driving without a license and driving an unregistered vehicle.

    Renee Thorton, 35, of 7 Jessica Lane, Ledyard, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Amanda Williams, 29, of 172 Hawthorne Drive, Apt. 212, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

    Melanie Perez, 25, of 158 Hawthorne Drive was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

    Todd A. Cox, 47, of 48 Prest St., basement, was charged Wednesday with possession of heroin, possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to sell.

    Jill Sidoti, 49, of no certain address was charged Tuesday with breach of peace and first-degree criminal trespass.

    Luis Esparra-Rodriguez, 21, of 45 Laurel Drive was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a stop sign.

    Alex Kamakani, 26, of 49 Cutler St., New London, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have tail lamps.

    Alicia Stopa, 55, of 101 Oil Mill Road was charged Wednesday with disobeying the signal of an officer and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
