Waterford — A Silver Alert has been issued for 16-year-old Juliann Vose.

Police described Vose as a white female with brown hair and brown eyes. She is five feet, four inches tall and 153 pounds. She was last seen Monday wearing a black jacket, blue jeans and glasses.
