    Groton City

    Anthony Betances, 40, of 111 Mather Ave. was charged Wednesday with criminal violation of a protective order and second-degree criminal trespass.

    Groton Town

    Sarah M. Lassiter, 28, of 1493 North Road was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended license.

    Richard M. Menzano, 42, of 74 Farmington Ave., 2V, New London, was charged Tuesday with sixth-degree larceny, four counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and failure to pay or plead.

    Shane R. Richard, 24, of 3 Pear St., D, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway.

    Nestor J. Ladino, 33, of 476 Pleasant Valley Road South, No. 7, was charged Monday with third-degree larceny.

    New London

    Nicolas Valerio, 22, of 324 Jefferson Ave., second floor, was charged Thursday with fifth-degree larceny and first-degree criminal trespass.

    Elvia Malave, 28, of 25 Darrow St. was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault.

    Norwich

    William Stack, 34, of 117 Smith Ave. was charged Monday with second-degree criminal trespass.

    Shawn B. Butler, 41, of 24 W. Thames St. was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and second-degree harrassment.

    William Jones, 44, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Thursday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Stonington

    Brian D. Bradley, 53, of 94 Silas Deane Road, Ledyard, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Waterford

    Elias Hernandez-Menjivar, 36, of Waterbury was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and violating a stop sign.

    Michael Dansereau, 49, of 35 Boston Post Road was charged Wednesday with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to have lights lit, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana and failure to obey a control signal.

    Vain Dadd, 39, of 6 Gorton St., New London, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault, second-degree reckless endangerment, evading responsibility, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and sale of a controlled substance.
