    Police logs — Jan. 28, 2017

    Groton Town

    Robert G. Macarthur, 28, of 115 Boulevard Drive, Danbury, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, restricted turn and traveling unreasonably fast.

    Jamison A. Moore, 38, of 580 River Road, Lisbon, was charged Thursday with credit card theft, fraudulent use of an automated teller machine and sixth-degree larceny.

    Robert Maldon IV, 27, of 13 Elizabeth Court was charged Wednesday with violation of a protective order.

    Nitaesha M. Humphrey, 24, of 13 Elizabeth Court was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Kayla L. Murray, 26, of 142 James Road, Voluntown, was charged Monday with failure to drive upon the right, driving with a suspended license, possession of narcotics, illegal sale of a controlled substance and possession with intent to sell.

    Candice Phillips, 26, of 37 Shetucket Ave., Taftville, was charged Monday with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics.

    New London

    Kevin Fluet, 45, of 400 Bank St., No. 107, was charged Friday with possession of a hallucinogen.  

    Jahsun Hankinson, 20, of Central Islip, New York, was charged Friday with interfering with police.

    Brayvon Marquis Young, 21, of Port St. Lucie, Florida, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Bryton J. Barnhill, 22, of 71 Riverhead Road, Preston, was charged Thursday with following too close and evading responsibility.

    Gerard Chandler, 28, of 5 Governor Winthrop Boulevard was charged Thursday with two counts of violation of probation.

    Norwich

    James Peterson, 44, of 14 Caribou Drive was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Kevin Lapointe, 24, of 28 Coco Drive, Colchester, was charged Thursday with possession of a controlled substance, failure to keep narcotics in original container, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

    State Police — Montville

    Jeffrey Neilan, 44, of 30 Heritage Road, East Lyme, was charged Thursday in Montville with first-degree escape from a correctional institution.

    Waterford

    Diana Quinones, 35, of 55 Connecticut Ave., New London, was charged Thursday with weapons in vehicles, misuse of plates, failure to carry minimum insurance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to display reflectorized safety number plates.

    Victor Reyna, 30, of 117 Great Neck Road was charged with operating a motor vehicle or vessel without the owner's permission by fraud.
