    Police logs - Feb. 5, 2017

    New London

    Anthony Popadics, 30, of 324 Jefferson Ave., No. 2, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    Nicholas A. Valerio, 22, of 324 Jefferson Ave., No. 2, was charged Friday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Tymarr B. Jaynes, 20, of 12 Giovanni Drive, Waterford, was charged Friday with third-degree assault.

    Matthew Ellis, 27, of no certain address was charged Saturday with interfering with a firefighter, carrying a dangerous weapon and breach of peace.

    State police - Montville

    Nicole M. Dawson, 32, of 7 Sturtevant St., Norwich, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and making an improper turn.

    Franklin Post, 27, of 140 Woodland Drive, Uncasville, was charged Friday with three counts each of second-degree failure to appear in court and failure to respond to an infraction.

    Jennifer Pounch, 32, of 33 N. Main St., No. 3, was charged Thursday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    John Gooden, 48, of 54 N. Main St. was charged Friday with third-degree criminal mischief.

    Edward Scaglione, 32, of 11 Manwaring Road was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.

    Judith Osga, 58, of 11 Manwaring Road was charged Friday with disorderly conduct.

    Beatriz Mangual-Algarin, 25, of 252 Main St., Willimantic, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and traveling unnecessarily fast.

    Waterford

    Christopher Eyberse, 44, of 121 Fogarty Ave., Griswold, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license.

    Jeffery Irwin, 32, of 122 Kirtland St., Deep River, was charged Friday with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license, misuse of plates, failure to have minimum insurance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to display plates.

    Gwen Macdonald, 30, of 216 Boston Post Road was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.
