    Groton Town

    Kenith A. Ramos, 32, of 71 Laurel Wood Road was charged Saturday with breach of peace and interfering with a police officer.

    Sean P. Horner, 36, of 97 Cliff St., Apt. 2, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, making an improper turn and speeding.

    Michael R. Green, 36, of Baltic, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and improper use of high beams.

    New London

    Kevin Murphy, 21, of 257 Maple Ave., Uncasville, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, unlawful restraint and interfering with an emergency call.

    Imalay Lucnea-Martinez, 24, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Saturday with first-degree criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.

    Stonington

    Lorie Alberghini, 51, of 10 Robinson St., Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to drive right.

    Emmanuel Fonseca, 24, of 474 Norwich Ave., Apt. 14, Taftville was charged Saturday with violation of probation.

    Jason G. Palmer, 25, of Ashaway, R.I., was charged Sunday with breach of peace, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

    Waterford

    Amy Balkun, 50, of 144 Roxbury Road, Niantic, was charged Wednesday with fifth-degree larceny.

    Raven UpChurch, 19, of Bridgeport, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Ricardo Ocasio, 34, of 576 D. Shenncossett Road, Groton, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license, misuse of plates, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

    Daniel Haynes, 35, of Clinton, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

    Leland Stewart, 51, of 82 Longview St. was charged Saturday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    William Russell, 63, of 399 Laurel Hill Drive, Norwich, was charged Saturday with breach of peace.
