    Groton City

    Christina C. Texidor, 30, of 46 Crystal Ave., Apt. B-46, New London, was charged Wednesday with risk of injury to a minor, interfering with an emergency call, third-degree assault, breach of peace, second-degree assault, sixth-degree larceny, reckless driving and improper use of a marker, registration or license. 

    Groton Town

    Heather M. Pirnat, 51, of 435 High St., No. 18, was charged Thursday with assault on public safety or emergency medical personnel and breach of peace.

    Nicole R. Burns, 33, of Warwick, R.I., was charged Thursday with traveling unreasonably fast, driving with a suspended license, possession of narcotics and use of drug paraphernalia.

    Anderson Cruz, 33, of 30 Garfield Ave., New London, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Tornado Robinson, 31, of 25 Tilley St., Apt. 5, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

    Joseph Nahvon Carroll, 22, of 544 Shennecossett Road, Groton, was charged Tuesday with possession with intent to sell a narcotic and third-degree trespass.

    Chelsea Vega, 21, of 202 Broad St. was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Kerry Galvin, 45, of 747 Bank St. was charged Wednesday with second-degree threatening.

    Barbara Hernandez, 18, 127 Buchanon Road was charged Thursday with traveling too fast for conditions and driving with a suspended license.

    Scott Kessler, 48, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Wednesday with first-degree trespass and breach of peace.

    Elizabeth Roderick, 39, of 51 Lornadale Drive, Norwich, was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

    Vasilis Athanasiou, 58, of Colman St. was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and interfering with police.

    Chris Archuleta II, 33 of 35 Cape Ann Court was charged Friday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. 

    Kerline Bernadeau, 27, of 283 Willetts Ave. was charged Friday with failure to appear in court.

    Lateef Bradley, 45, of 9 Terrace Ave. was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Jordan A. Laplace, 25, of 1B Route 2, Preston was charged Wednesday with using a cellphone while driving and driving with a suspended license.

    Joseph Defosse, 28, of 86 McKinley Ave. was charged Wednesday with failure to display plates and driving with a suspended license.

    Marco Stuil, 24, of 4L E. Baltic St. was charged Wednesday with failure to use turn signal and driving with a suspended license.

    Ashley Bickel, 23, of 29 Oxford Court, Mystic, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and traveling too fast.

    Francisco Lobos-Perez, 20, of 61 Union St., No. 2, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey stop light.

    Michael Boden, 25, of 329 River Road, Lisbon, was charged Thursday with using a cellphone while driving and driving with a suspended license.

    Joshua Gonzalez, 29, of 45 Union St., No. 1, was charged Thursday with violation of probation.

    Steven J. Mostad, 48, of 263 Yantic St. was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to use turn signal.

    Julio Santiago, 42, of 287 W. Main St., Apt. 1 was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a stop light.

    Jose Colon, 32, of 128 Buchanan Road, New London, was charged Thursday with disobeying the signal of an officer, reckless driving, driving with a suspended license and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Jeannot Thiffeault, 48, of Portland was charged Wednesday with evading responsibility and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Talaysia Guzman, 19, of 187 Huntington St. was charged Wednesday with possession of a shoplifting device and fifth-degree larceny.
