Nicole N. Scelza, 28, of 157 D. St. was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and risk of injury to a minor.

Otis Walker, 44, of 14 Thames Height Lane was charged Wednesday with fourth-degree larceny and third-degree larceny.

Phillip C. Artis, 28, of 851 Bank St., No. 2, New London, was charged Tuesday with sixth-degree larceny, possession of marijuana, use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and narcotics not kept in original container.

Robert G. Macarthur, 29, of 115 Boulevard Drive, Danbury, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, weapons in vehicles, use of drug paraphernalia and second-degree violation of the conditions of release.

Jose L. Molina, 29, of 69 Riverview Ave., New London, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Braggs, 24, of 199 Broad St., No. 2, was charged Wednesday with possession of narcotics, driving while under suspension, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, misuse of plates, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, second-degree reckless endangerment, breach of peace, and failure to respond to a warrant.

Robert Fleming, 43, of 20 Overlook Drive, Groton, was charged Tuesday with second-degree harassment.

Tyler Masucci, 30, of 124 Pawcatuck Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with possession of narcotics and tampering with evidence.

Eduardo Rodriguez, 30, of 44 Prest St., First Floor, was charged Tuesday with three counts of possession of narcotics, three counts of sale of narcotics/possession of narcotics with intent to sell, tampering of evidence and sale of narcotics.

Daniel Defreese, 28, of 21 Grove St. was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and second-degree threatening.

Andrew Urban, 73, of 15 Trumbull Road was charged Tuesday with brandishing a facsimile firearm, carrying a weapon in a vehicle and threatening.

Yvonne Ortiz, 44, of 77 Boulder Drive, New London, was charged Tuesday with illegal use of a credit card, sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit a crime and identity theft.

Shamea McMichaels, 35, of 48 Boulder Drive, New London, was charged Tuesday with illegal use of a credit card, sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit a crime and identity theft.
