Norwich police, FBI seek public's help finding man wanted on drug charges

Norwich — City police and the FBI are seeking the public’s help in finding a Norwich man wanted on federal narcotics trafficking charges.

Javon A. Morse, 21, is wanted on charges stemming from a drug investigation from the southern portion of the United States into the Norwich area.

Anyone with information about Morse’s whereabouts is asked to call the Norwich Police Department at (860) 886-5561, ext. 6, the department’s anonymous tip line at (860) 886-5561, ext. 4, or the nearest FBI field office. All information may be kept confidential.
