Waterford police looking for man who stole donation jar

Waterford -- Police are looking for man who entered the Hess gas station on Boston Post Road on May 16 and stole a donation jar for “ Friday’s Dog Rescue Foundation” that was on the counter.

Police said the white man, who was wearing a white T-shirt and a gray baseball cap turned backward, entered the station at 124 Boston Post Road at approximately 8:15 p.m. He distracted the clerk by requesting an item from behind him while concealing the donation jar under his shirt.
