Justina Myers, 28, of 207 W. Thames St., Norwich, was charged Monday with possession of narcotics not in their original container and possession of narcotics.

Tabitha Ferguson, 24, of 220 Boswell Ave., Norwich, was charged Tuesday with speeding and driving with a suspended license.
