Glasco D. Whitaker, 42, of 28 Michelle Road, Mystic, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have lights lit.
Waterford
Emmanuel Francotejada, 37, of 377 Jefferson Ave., New London, was charged Tuesday with fifth-degree larceny.
Jennifer Sullivan, 28, of North Branford, was charged Tuesday with third-degree forgery and sixth-degree larceny.
Otebia Layne, 26, of Hyannis, Mass., was charged Tuesday with credit card counterfeiting, third-degree identity theft, illegal use of a credit card, third-degree larceny and unlawful reproduction of a credit card.
