Motorcycle crash kills Norwich man

Norwich -- A 23-year-old Norwich man is dead after a motorcycle crash late Saturday night.

Police said Anthony Caruso was found dead on the sidewalk at Chelsea Harbor Drive about 11:30 p.m. Saturday, after several people called to report the crash.

Members of the Norwich Police Department Accident Reconstruction Unit are investigating the crash, but initial reports show that Caruso went off the road on his motorcycle and hit the wall of 82 Chelsea Harbor Drive, an office building that houses several legal firms.

Police are asking anyone who witnessed the crash or has additional information to contact Norwich police officer Anthony Marceau at (860) 886-5561.
