    Groton Town

    Penny L. Maine, 55, address unavailable, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Tiffany Buck, 33, of Westerly was charged Monday with making a restricted turn, possession of narcotics, use of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Tyrise M. Thompkins, 20, of 114 Mather Ave. was charged Monday with three counts of burglary from a motor vehicle, possession of marijuana and sixth-degree larceny.

    Jonathan D. Hurley, 51, of 76 Franklin St., New London, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to properly signal and failure to maintain lane.

    Tiffany A. Manco, 28, of Warwick, R.I., was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Alreno Sebastian, 34, of 156 Broadway, Norwich, was charged Monday with interfering with an officer.

    Axel Enrique Rodriguez-Burgos, 24, of 247 Laurel Drive was charged Monday with second-degree assault, breach of peace, third-degree larceny and second-degree threatening.

    Rashard R. Johnson, 36, of 102 Connecticut Ave. was charged Sunday with possession of narcotics and sale of narcotics.

    Norwich

    Arcadio Palomino-Contreras, 32, of 93 Prospect St. was charged Tuesday with failure to drive right, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and drinking while driving.

    State police — Montville

    Joshua A. Metivier, 30, of 216 Prospect Hill Road, Colchester, was charged Tuesday in Griswold with violation of probation.

    Jaquontee Reels, 22, of 38 Coachman Pike, Ledyard, was charged Monday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Rashard Johnson, 36, of 102 Connecticut Ave., New London, was charged Sunday in New London with possession of narcotics and possession with intent to sell.

    James Wicker, 46, of 235 Old Hartford Road, Colchester, was charged Sunday in Waterford with breach of peace.

    Stonington

    Winston Bierley, 30, of 12 Lincoln Ave., Apt. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with two counts of third-degree larceny, third-degree forgery, criminal impersonation, sixth-degree larceny, third-degree burglary, two counts of illegal use of a credit card and two counts of receiving stolen goods through the illegal use of a credit card.

    Mark E. Yuells, 28, of 375 Liberty St., Apt. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace, interfering with a police officer and failure to submit to fingerprinting.

    Louis M. Seignious, 28, of Woods Drive, Apt. 26, Norwich, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and driving with an improper number of headights.

    Angel M. Brainard, 32, of 98 West Broad St., Apt. 3, Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with breach of peace, interfering with a police officer and first-degree criminal trespass.

    Waterford

    Tonia Straub, 35, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Sunday with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Dennis Fields, 51, of 56½ Louise St., Waterford, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and driving an unregistered vehicle.

    Gary Raynes, 55, of 1137 Ocean Ave., New London, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Michael Knowles, 28, of 514 New London Turnpike, Norwich, was charged Monday with criminal impersonation and second-degree forgery.
