Route 97 reopens in Norwich after two-car collision

Norwich — A two-car collision closed both directions of state Route 97 at Lilly Bridge Road Wednesday morning, according to the state Department of Transportation.

The crash occurred not long before 9 a.m. and was cleared by 11:15 a.m.

No further information was available.
