    Groton City

    Julie M. Shaw, 32, of 65 Crouch St., Apt. 13, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and speeding.

    Groton Town

    Richard T. Lapham, III, of 119 Gales Ferry Road was charged Sunday with two counts of disorderly conduct, two counts of risk of injury to a minor and third-degree assault.

    Norwich

    George Dames, 47, of 49 Coachman Pike, Ledyard was charged Monday with sixth-degree larceny, possession of a controlled substance, first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Hector Otero, 51, of 24 Mopsic St. #2 was charged Monday with disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening, third-degree assault and risk of injury to a minor.

    Tony Strother, 39, of 289 Central Ave. was charged Tuesday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Stonington

    Eric B. Kronholm, 52, of 137 Pequotsepos Road, Mystic, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to register a motor vehicle eligible for commercial registration and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Annemarie C. Haag, 59, of 73 Water St. was charged Monday with third-degree assault and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Jacob Silva, 34, of 116 Burdick Lane, Griswold, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Waterford

    Cameron Caron, 22, of 6 Willow St. was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Micah Allen-Doucot, 24, of 106 Thames St., New London, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements and improper passing.

    Andrew Kendzierski, 58, of 67 Old Jewett City Road, Preston, was charged Monday with driving without a required interlock device.
