Philippe Menise, 27, of 23 Providence St. was charged Wednesday with failure to obey traffic signal and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Alexander Ferguson, 22, of 233 Rathbun Hill Road, Salem, was charged Sept. 22 in East Haddam with reckless driving and second-degree assault.

Kyle Bloom, 29, of 41 Spring Rock Road, East Lyme, was charged Wednesday in Griswold with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to drive at a reasonable distance and improper use of high beams.

William Firgelewski, 70, of 277 Beaver Brook Road, Lyme, was charged Monday in Lyme with fourth-degree sexual assault, disorderly conduct and intentional cruelty to a child.
Jessie Ocasio, 38, of 120 Lincoln Ave., New London, was charged Sept. 16 in Chester with misuse of plates, driving with a suspended license and reckless driving.
Gregg M. Lauria, 54, of Waterbury was charged Sept. 14 in Old Lyme with failure to keep a narcotic in its original container.

Richard W. Aiken, 64, of 9 Barton Lane, Ledyard, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and driving an improperly loaded motor vehicle.
Jeffrey E. Beliveau, 58, of 368 Grindstone Hill Road, North Stonington, was charged Tuesday with first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny.
