    Groton City

    Tomar J. Gibson, 23, of 25 Norman Drive, Gales Ferry, was charged Friday with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of marijuana within 1,500 feet of a school, failure to keep narcotics in their original container, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, unauthorized manufacture or sale of marijuana and failure to wear a safety belt.

    Groton Town

    Haley Landry, 24, of 72 Ginger Drive was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Katherine C. Johnson, 24, of 3 Stanton St., Waterford, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and making an improper turn.

    Jamie Cordero, 38, of 14 Hamilton Ave., Apt. 3, was charged Friday with second-degree threatening and breach of peace.

    Justin Bardwell, 30, of 22 Myrock Ave., Waterford, was charged Saturday with breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree reckless endangerment and carrying/sale of a dangerous weapon.

    Thomas Wallace, 23, of the Naval Submarine Base, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Steven Lyons, 30, of Moosup, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana and driving with a suspended license.

    New London

    Juan Rodriguez, 24, of 66 Truman St., was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.

    Stonington

    Phath Phan, 34, of Cranston, R.I., was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Martha H. Russo, 27, of 213 Elm St., Apt. B, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, disobeying the signal of an officer, failure to drive right, evading responsibility, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, traveling unreasonably fast and driving a motor vehicle in violation of license classification.

    Carlos J. Pesanta, 22, of 638 Lantern Hill Road, North Stonington, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Patrick N. Murch, 33, of 228 Mistuxet Ave., Mystic, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Andrew K. Kendzierski, 58, of 41 Main St., Apt. A27, Jewett City, was charged Thursday with avoiding or tampering with an ingnition control device and failure to drive right.

    Waterford

    Lucille Santiago, 23, of 97 W. Main St., Niantic, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have stop lamps or turn signals.

    Brittney Manwaring, 28, of 136 North Bridebrook Road, Niantic, was charged Saturday with first-degree failure to appear in court, second-degree failure to appear in court and failure to respond to a violation.

    Amin Kearse, 38, of 79 Indiantown Road, Ledyard, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
