    Groton City

    James Wetherington, 33, of 43 Division St., was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Groton Town

    Timothy C. Harmon Jr., 26, of Willimantic, was charged Monday with driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving with a suspended license.

    Shirley A. Smith, 62, of 300 Brandegee Ave. was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Norwich

    Jessica Olszewski, 28, of 51 Starr St. was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Kimberly Brown, 37, of 35 Park St. was charged Monday with two counts of assault on a public safety officer.

    Stonington

    Corinne L. Roman, 39, of 33 Ashworth Ave. was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Kenna Andrews, 23, of Playmouth, Mass., was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Kayla B. White, 22, of 15 Loraine Road, Westerly, was charged Sunday with possession of a controlled substance.

    Jason Hedges, 36, of 125 Liberty St. was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to wear a seat belt.

    Waterford

    Darryl Stefanski, 56, of 122 Montauk Ave., Stonington, was charged Monday with breach of peace and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Dominick Caputo, 47, of 66 McKinley Ave., Norwich, was charged Monday with violating a protective order.

    Nicole Geer, 20, of 46 Penobscot St., Norwich, was charged Dec. 27 with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Kacie Rando, 32, of 16 Riverdale Landing, Old Lyme, was charged Dec. 27 with first-degree failure to appear in court.  

    Paul Bolduc, 33, of Windham, was charged Dec. 28 with second-degree failure to appear in court, conspiracy and sixth-degree larceny.
