Montville - Two New Jersey women were arrested Saturday night at Mohegan Sun after casino security found one of their young children wandering the halls of the casino hotel and the other in a room by herself.

Casino security contacted State Police detectives saying they had found the 3-year-old boy wandering alone on the sixth floor of the hotel. Using video surveillance, they found the boy's room. Inside, they found a 1-year-old girl was sleeping on the floor. There were no adults in the room.

Casino security located the mothers of both children on the gaming floor and State Police arrested them. Rul Yan Ren, 25, of Middlesex, N.J., and Wu Chunhua, 26, of Newark, N.J., were charged with leaving a child unsupervised and risk of injury to a minor.

Both women were released on $1,000 cash bond and are scheduled to be arraigned on Dec. 17 at Superior Court GA 21 in Norwich.
