Stonington — A public hearing will take place Monday at 7 p.m. at Mystic Middle School on a proposal to build 68 condominiums and seven single-family houses along Mary Hall Road in Pawcatuck.
Project opponents are arguing that the development would change the character of the neighborhood.
The Planning and Zoning Commission postponed last week’s hearing because the developer, Cherenzia Excavation of Pawcatuck, had submitted new information.
The Richard C. Panciera Trust and Cherenzia are seeking a special use permit for the Crescent Club project that would be on a 46.8-acre site along Mary Hall and Greenhaven roads.
The reader web chat with Mitchell Etess, Chief Executive Officer of the Mohegan Gaming Authority, was held on Thursday, May 24.
