Harbor Hill Marina B&B gets tourism honor

The Inn at Harbor Hill Marina, a waterfront bed & breakfast in Niantic, has been awarded the 2012 Golden Pineapple Award for Excellence in Tourism Image. It is the third time the inn has been honored with a Golden Pineapple Award.

The Golden Pineapple Award, a symbol of tourism excellence, was presented to innkeeper/owners Dave and Sue Labrie by Randy Fiveash, director of the Connecticut Office of Tourism on May 17, at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford during the Connecticut Conference on Tourism. The award recognized the Inn at Harbor Hill Marina as an organization that effectively promotes its business as a part of Connecticut's tourism product. The two previous Pineapple Awards were awarded for Excellence in Tourism Service and Hospitality.
