    Krishnakumar A. Mehta, 39, of 28 Joliet Court, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Cindy Greene-Wright, 56, of 268 Flanders Road, Mystic, was charged Tuesday with risk of injury to a child, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Mallory J. Saunders, 35, of 29 Donna Drive, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Michael T. Arnold, 47, of 345 Gold Star Highway, No. 117, was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Edward R. Landry, 30, of 25 Greenwood St., was charged Tuesday with operating/parking unregistered motor vehicle, driving with a suspended license and failure to obey traffic control signal.

    Kolinah Bartlett-Dennis, 19, of 253 Washington St., Norwich, was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

    Tyneal M. Smith, 53, of 425 Bridge St., No. 212, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, first-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree strangulation/suffocation, and first-degree unlawful restraint.

    Falyn A. Carter, 39, of 35 Shaw St., Apt. B, New London, was charged Sunday with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny.

    Tyleek R. Jackson, 21, of 35 Shaw St., Apt. B, New London, was charged Sunday with conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny.

    Adrianna A. Skwiot, 19, of 35 Shaw St., Apt. B, New London, was charged Sunday with conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny.

    Gary Couto, 45, of 11 Rhode Island Lane, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, and illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle.

    Michael J. Ahearn, 63, of 255 Michelle Lane, No. 312, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Luis Berganza-Hernandez, 24, of 26 Central Ave., was charged May 4 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault - victim elderly or other.

    Sandra E. Torres-Vazquez, 35, of 209 Brandegee Ave., was charged May 4 with first-degree criminal trespass, fifth-degree larceny, second-degree failure to appear in court, and sixth-degree larceny.

    Scott Vyr, 43, of 105 Butternut Road, was charged May 3 with second-degree harassment, violation of a standing criminal protective order, criminal violation of a restraining order, second-degree threatening, carrying a dangerous weapon, and violation of a protective order.

    William M. Macer, 24, of 42 Jay St., New London, was charged May 2 with second-degree failure to appear in court.
