East Lyme

Dwight Mitchell, 33, of 11 Bragaw St., New London, was charged Saturday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Groton Town

Ashly Mann, 21, of 369 Long Hill Road was charged Saturday with breach of peace, third-degree assault and risk of injury to a minor.

New London

Abby Stone, 28, of 264 Branford Ave., Groton, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to have headlights lit.

Ayodele Bajomo, 30, of 40 Crystal Ave., Unit C72, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault, breach of peace and risk of injury to a minor.

Norwich

Fernando Velasquez, 42, of 89 Oneco St. was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

Patrick Hairston, 42, of 38 Cliff St., Apt. 1, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, possession of heroin with intent to sell, illegal possession of prescription medication, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving with a suspended license, misuse of marker plates and failure to carry proper insurance.

Tiffany Clark, 30, of 25 Terrace Ave., Taftville, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault.

Rason Lockhard, 18, of Wedgewood Drive, Jewett City, was charged Saturday with possession of marijuana with intent to sell.

Gino Nicasia, 19, of 99 Cedar St., Unit D49, was charged Saturday with assault on a police officer, interfering with an officer and breach of peace.

State Police - Montville

Joshua Stille, 20, of 1316 Exeter Road, Lebanon, was charged Saturday in Griswold with third-degree arson, third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and threatening.

Waterford

Eileen Scalia, 48, of 1 Hamel Court was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Patrick Morris, 20, of 11 King Arthur Drive, Niantic, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey a stop sign.

Anthony Davidson, 19, of 75 Mullen Hill Road was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive at a reasonable distance.

Richard Gallop, 42, of 55 Lester St. was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, driving while his license is suspended and failure to use a turn signal.
