    Riding to recovery in Norwich

U.S. Army veteran John Masson of Lake Station, Ind., left, talks with one of his fellow riders as the members of the Ride 2 Recovery Minuteman Challenge stop off at Three Rivers Community College in Norwich for a lunch break Wednesday. Masson served in Operation Desert Storm, Operation Iraqi Freedom, and was on his fourth tour of duty in Afghanistan in October 2010 when he was severely wounded in action, losing both legs and part of his left arm. The Ride 2 Recovery is a partnership with the Fitness Challenge Foundation, the military and the Veterans Administration to aid in the mental and physical recovery of wounded U.S. soldiers.
