Emily Blaine duPont, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Blaine duPont of St. Michaels, Md., was married on Sept. 29, 2012, to Brendan Reed Gotowka, son of Dr. and Mrs. Thomas Gotowka of Old Lyme, at Christ Church in St. Michaels.

The bride and bridegroom, both 31, met at the U.S. Naval Academy where they graduated in 2003, with bachelor of science degrees and were commissioned in the U.S. Navy.

The couple resides in Annapolis, Md., and work in the defense industry in Washington, D.C.
