Mystic — Stonington police arrested a local man Tuesday night after he entered a home, damaged it and refused to come out.
Michael A. Perry, 43, of 435 High St., Apt., 7, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief, first-degree criminal trespass, two counts of criminal violation of protective order, three counts of assault on a police officer, two counts of interfering with a police officer and failure to submit to fingerprints.
He is being held on $100,000 bond.
Police said Perry entered a home of an acquaintance on Solon Avenue just past 8 p.m. and refused to leave. No one was home at the time. Police then went inside and arrested him. No officers were injured.
