Matthew Simpson, 21, of 12 Union Court, Apt. 2, was charged Tuesday with third-degree forgery, theft of a credit card and sixth-degree larceny.

Arthur E. Duncanson, 25, of Westbrook, Maine, was charged Monday with interfering with an officer and first-degree trespassing.

Ernesto R. Reyes-Gonzales, 25, of 149 Huntington St., Apt. 404, was charged Monday with third-degree assault, breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

Hallie Bidwell, 21, of 17 Seabreeze Ave., Niantic, was charged Monday with second-degree trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Norwich

Nadia Elhaddad, 25, of 71 Union St., No. 2, was charged Sunday with failure to verify an address as a sex offender.

State Police - Montville

Leah Iacono, 36, of 73 Riverview Road, Niantic, was charged Monday in Groton with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Dominique Seignious, 22, of 41 Lathrop Road, Apt. 1, Uncasville, was charged Monday in Ledyard with evading responsibility and unsafe backing.

Juan Florez, 26, of Pawtucket, R.I., was charged Monday in North Stonington with driving with a suspended license and speeding.

Waterford

Kevin Taft, 27, of 5 Mill Road, East Lyme, was charged Monday with fourth-degree larceny.
