Plans to change the age restrictions at Stonegate Village in Ledyard pit senior citizens (David) versus Garden Homes Management (Goliath).
Seniors in good faith signed up to live out their lives in a 55-and-older community only to have Garden Homes want to eliminate the first such neighborhood in Ledyard.
Where are the rights of the senior citizens?
