Pipe plans in New London

Chris Startz of New London Public Works prepares the area for another section of metal pipe to be put in place at Greens Harbor Beach Friday in New London,  as a payloader dumps sand in the area so the heavy equipment would have a more stable work area and would not be as apt to sink in the sand while working. The city is replacing the old plastic drainage pipe with metal pipe.
