    East Lyme

    Joseph M. Sirois, 38, of New Haven was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and interfering with an officer.

    Groton Town

    Robert J. Dawson Jr., 27, of 48 Granite St. #6, New London, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and speeding.

    Rebekah S. Modderno-Napoli, 20, of 13 School St., Mystic, was charged Friday with possession of narcotics.

    Anthony T. Graham, 22, of 35 Hynes Ave., was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, use of a cellphone while driving, distracted driving and speeding.

    James R. Walker Jr., 26, of 248 Ohio Ave., was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving too fast for conditions.

    Paul Rix Brainard, 26, of 38 Circle Drive, Stonington, was charged Friday with interfering with a police officer and sixth-degree larceny.

    Marc Nunn, 42, of 3H Walden Ave. was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance.

    Melissa M. Morrell, 26, of 301 Central Ave., Norwich was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to obey a stop sign and driving with a suspended license.

    State Police - Montville

    Jose R. Ortiz, 32, of Bridgeport was charged Sunday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and speeding.

    Norwich

    Terrell Barham, 25, of 59 Spring Garden Road, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Tanisha Davis, 26, of 300 Central Ave., was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right, failure to obey a traffic signal and traveling unreasonably fast.

    Stonington

    Rebekah Shiers Modderno-Napoli, 20, of 13 School St., Mystic, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court, third-degree assault, breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Emily M. Grills, 29, of 46 Liberty St., Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with illegal use of a credit card and fourth-degree larceny.

    Waterford

    Edward Rich, 56, of 760 Broad St. was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics.

    Jesse Mangelinkx, 22, of 98 Connecticut Ave., New London, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license.

    Dean Henry, 53, of 13 Totoket Road, Quaker Hill was charged Saturday with driving too fast for conditions and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
