Maxx McLaughlin, 22, of 702 Cow Hill Road, Mystic, was charged Tuesday with three counts of first-degree forgery and three counts of sixth-degree larceny.

Waterford

Melanie Fowler, 33, of 35 Converse Place, New London, was charged Monday with fifth-degree larceny.
