Groton City

Jocelyn D. Foster, 27, of 150 Branford Ave. was charged Wednesday with interfering with an officer.

Andrew R. Pendexter, 29, of 150 Branford Ave. was charged Wednesday with second-degree criminal mischief, interfering with an officer and breach of peace.

New London

Randy Valade, 33, of 19 Jay St. was charged Wednesday with second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace.

Albaro Flete flete, 25, of 22 Hawthorne Drive, Apt. 4, was charged Wednesday with second-degree reckless endangerment.


George Sawyer, 41, of 73 Fannington Road was charged Thursday with violation of probation.

Lisa Vidtor, 51, of New Britain was charged Thursday with fifth-degree larceny and third-degree forgery.

John Short, 52, of North Massapequa, N.Y., was charged Wednesday at Mohegan Sun with being a fugitive from justice.


Tiffany Pauahi Lamb, 27, of 50 Hempstead St., New London, was charged Wednesday with traveling unreasonably fast and driving without registration or a refused/suspended license.


Jeremy Katz, 37, of Marblehead, Mass., was charged Wednesday with first-degree criminal mischief.
