Jocelyn D. Foster, 27, of 150 Branford Ave. was charged Wednesday with interfering with an officer.
Andrew R. Pendexter, 29, of 150 Branford Ave. was charged Wednesday with second-degree criminal mischief, interfering with an officer and breach of peace.
Randy Valade, 33, of 19 Jay St. was charged Wednesday with second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace.
