The City of Groton has been a great place to live. What is happening? We have lived here for over 40 years and want to continue to protect our city. We have long known Jim Streeter - Republican candidate for mayor in the May 6 election - and, routinely, have seen him over many years voicing the same concerns and desire to protect the city and Groton, overall.

We have witnessed nothing less than a long, proven positive commitment from Jim's tenacity, enthusiasm and vast experience here in Groton. We don't feel any one person is the cause of problems that have recently surfaced but, at this time and after all that has happened lately, we believe Jim Streeter is the right person at the right time to help us return to the positive feelings we have long enjoyed. Jim is always approachable, and his optimism is infectious.

Jim Streeter is tireless, and objective, in his quest to gain positive results. We need positive results.
