Texas Gov. Rick Perry has been in Connecticut in an effort to induce companies established here to move to Texas. He exemplifies the highest level of intelligence attained in Texas. I hope no one embarrassed him by shouting, "Remember the Alamo," as he wouldn't. No doubt, our arms manufacturers could save on shipping charges if they moved to Texas, as their best customers are across the Mexican border. Having once lived in Texas, I remember the governor promised that Texas would secede. I hope President Obama doesn't pull a Lincoln!
