Sun visit Tulsa tonight
The Connecticut Sun are finally starting to get healthy, and it's happening at time where they'll need fresh bodies.
Connecticut plays at the Tulsa Shock tonight, followed by a game Saturday at the San Antonio Silver Stars. Both games are at 8 p.m. and will be televised by CPTV Sports.
The Sun (4-9) have been greatly impacted by injuries this season, but they'll finally have the entire team available tonight for the first time since June 1.
Guard Renee Montogomery, last season's WNBA Sixth Woman Award Winner, has missed the last 10 games due to a high ankle sprain. Reserve Tan White missed nine with games with a broken finger. Both should play tonight.
Connecticut beat the Shock on July 2, 88-69. Tulsa (4-13) has been led by forward Glory Johnson (16.1 ppg, 9.8 rpg), guard Riquna Williams (15.1 ppg), and 6-foot-8 center Elizabeth Cambage (13.2 ppg, 6.8 rpg).
