Groton Town

Catherine Simmons, 51, of 435 High St., Lot 18, Mystic, was charged Saturday with breach of peace, first-degree criminal mischief, interfering with a police officer and sixth-degree larceny.

Timothy M. Edwards, 28, of Waterbury, was charged Saturday with possession of narcotics.

Gabriella Grace Rodriguez, 18, of 15 Cape Ann Court, New London, was charged Saturday with breach of peace, first-degree criminal mischief, interfering with a police officer and sixth-degree larceny.

Heather M. Pirnat, 47, of 435 High St., Mystic, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Walter L. Ward, Jr., 34, of 21 Fort Hill Road, Apt. 3C, was charged Friday with breach of peace.

New London

Luke Martin, 27, of 274 Maple Ave., Uncasville, was charged Sunday with breach of peace and interfering with a police officer.

Robert V. Guess Jr., 29, of 669 Meriden St. Ext., Groton, was charged Sunday with breach of peace, escape from custody, second-degree criminal mischief and resisting arrest.

Justin Briggs, 28, of 136 South Road, Groton, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace and two counts of interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest.

Angeli L. Torres, 26, of 2 Coit St. #3 was charged Saturday with reckless driving, driving with a suspended license and failure to carry insurance.

State Police - Montville

Crystal L. Ellal, 32, of 60 Jerome Road, Uncasville, was charged Saturday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and reckless driving.

Theresa Prudot, 64, of 1544 Route 12, Gales Ferry, was charged Saturday in Uncasville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Stonington

Michael J. Mansfield, 19, of Bristol, was charged Saturday with breach of peace and driving with a suspended license.

Michael P. Bennetto, 40, of Meriden, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive a reasonable distance apart.

Waterford

Mark Frank, 23, of 269 Shore Road was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Bill Gramarossa, 54, of Bristol, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license, carrying insurance that fails the minimum requirements and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Michael Lauzon, 20, of 19 Johnson Court was charged Saturday with evading responsibility, failure to drive in the proper lane and traveling unreasonably fast.
