    Groton City

    Olivia M. Cox, 25, of 67 Litton Ave. was charged Tuesday with possession of narcotics.

    Groton Town

    Cassandra Russell, 32, of 127 Laurel Hill Avenue, Norwich, was charged Tuesday with violation of probation.

    James E. Rix Jr., 31, of 12 Denver Court was charged Tuesday with breach of peace and violation of a protective order.

    Tory Bell, 46, of 2 Holly Drive, Old Saybrook, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and a failure to obey a stop sign.

    New London

    Eric Abbott, 28, of 76 Federal St. was charged Wednesday with possession of a hallucinogen and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Sa-Tasha Senior, 25, of 103 Truman St. was charged Wednesday with third-degree criminal mischief.

    Norwich

    Cameron Barnhill, 19, of 33 Mechanic St. was charged Tuesday with speeding, possession of marijuana, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

    George Dames, 43, of 150 Broad St. was charged Tuesday with driving while his license is suspended.

    Todd Fellows, 44, of 178 West Thames St. was charged Wednesday with sixth-degree larceny and interfering with a police officer.

    State police - Montville

    Denise L. Vojt, 48, of 142 Mistuxet Ave., Stonington, was charged Wednesday in Groton with disobeying the signal of an officer, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and unsafe movement of a stopped vehicle.

    Jason R. Hespeler, 20, of 253 River Road, Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Waterford

    Steve Colon, 19, of 197 Montauk Ave., New London, was charged Tuesday with second-degree criminal trespass, conspiracy, third-degree burglary, second-degree mischief and third-degree assault.

    Manuel Ortiz, 18, of 187 Huntington St., New London, was charged Tuesday with second-degree criminal trespass, conspiracy, third-degree burglary and second-degree criminal mischief.

    Emanuel Rivera, 19, of 130 Cedar Grove Ave., New London, was charged Tuesday with second-degree criminal trespass, conspiracy, third-degree burglary and second-degree mischief.
