He was being held on a $1,000 bond, pending his arraignment in New London Superior Court. His motorcycle was towed from the scene and impounded.
Police also arrested Michael Escobales, 18, of 7 Michael Road, Apt. B, after a brief foot chase into a wooded area of the former Edgerton School complex on Cedar Grove Avenue.
He was charged with four counts of reckless driving, driving a motorcycle without a motorcycle license endorsement, interfering with police and third-degree trespass.
He is being held on a $1,000, pending his arraignment in New London Superior Court.
