Kelim W. Caron, 23, of 31 Tramart Drive, Uncasville, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

State police - Colchester

Scott Connors, 55, of 89 Witch Meadow Road, Salem, was charged Friday in Colchester with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Adam Viggiano, 34, of 55 Hilltop Trail, Salem, was charged Sept. 2 in Colchester with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Edward Lewis Crocher, 56, of 54 Witch Meadow Road, Salem, was charged Aug. 26 in Salem with making an improper turn, evading responsibility and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Pamela Madiarz, 32, of 23 Rattlesnake Ledge, Salem, was charged Aug. 22 in Salem with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and risk of injury to a child.

Donald Lomnicky, 48, of 19 Georgia Road, Oakdale, was charged Sunday in Sprague with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

David Balowski, 55, of Bristol was charged Friday in Preston with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and improper use of marker plates.

Stonington

Karen J. Torromeo, 56, of Agawam, Mass., was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and traveling unreasonably fast.

Waterford

Amando Castellenos, 39, of 12 Rosemary St., New London, was charged Monday with traveling unreasonably fast for conditions, failure to drive in the right lane and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
