AnneMarie Cates, 26, of 71 Old Norwich Road, Quaker Hill, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license or registration and traveling unreasonably fast for conditions.
Scott Panganiban, 35, of 149 Lillybridge Ave., Voluntown, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and traveling unreasonably fast for conditions.
