David Elga, 40, of 25 Tilley St., was charged Saturday with breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

Groton City

Ryan Michael Ferguson, 30, of 29 Lincoln Ave., Stonington, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

Maurice T. Daniels, 50, of 65 Crouch St., Unit 13, was charged Friday with criminal violation of a protective order.

Groton Town

James J. Read, 54, of 20 Millstone Road West, Waterford, was charged Thursday with first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny.

Norwich

Joseph Giesing, 35, of 23 Park St., Unit 2, was charged Saturday with possessing narcotics.

State Police - Montville

Carlos L. Nieves-Navedo, 26, of 62 Pine St., Norwich, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the right lane.

Malik A. Muhammad, 28, of 28 Donahue Drive, Norwich, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and threatening.

John Reek, 46, of 50 Tanglewood Lane, Voluntown, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and threatening.

Megan L. Culpepper, 29, of 1 Court House Square, Norwich, was charged Friday with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Stonington

Dawn Wetherell Eldridge, 51, of 1½ Granite St., Westerly, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Judy Robert Garcia, 29, of 123 W. Broad St. Apt. Unit 7, Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with fourth-degree criminal mischief and possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana.

Waterford

Anthony Munton, 20, of 24 Lamphere Road, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the right lane.

Scott Tyrone, 32, of 615 Bank St., New London, was charged Friday with third-degree burglary and second-degree larceny.

Kate Copeland, 32, of 62-64 Coit St., New London, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
